Beskrivelse
The purpose of the course is that the student acquires professional knowledge about project management and the entire form of project collaboration. In addition, capacity to identify opportunities and limitations of cross-sectoral and professional partnerships.The student also becomes wiser about how small and medium-sized projects are managed. In this context introduces both classical and new lines within organizational and management theory. It is taken overall based on the premise that the complexity of projects and project portfolios in general is too upward.
Therefore, the competent project manager of today / the future must have both theoretical and practice-based knowledge of management in environments characterized by a high degree of changeability, uncertainty and divergence.
The teaching is project-/case-based with the students working with their own projects for their internship in the following course titled "Project internship with external partner".
